FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed rocket solid propellant charge contains housing and propellant block with round channel and slot part strongly connected to housing. Channels is made with ratio of diameters of slot and round parts within 1.10 and 1.13. Tops of slots are located on conical surface with semiangle of opening of 5-8o being simultaneously a transition section from one section of channel to the other. Slot opening angle is 10-12o. Invention makes it possible to increase mechanical strength of strongly bonded charge, provide high degree of volumetric filling of chamber and improved manufacturability.
