FIELD: magnetic circuits in revolving systems. SUBSTANCE: device has revolving facility that rotates about its axis under action of repulsive and attraction forces in magnetic field. Armature used for generating mechanical energy has projecting parts on annular stator for generating magnetic force to set field magnet in rotary motion when it is energized. Device also has facility for generating electrical energy and that for inducing magnetic flux circulation to control total magnetic flux according to phase of revolution of revolving field magnet. Magnetic flux circulation inducing facility has flux circulation yoke; mechanical energy generating facility is disposed near electrical energy generating facility and either of them protrudes around inner part of annular stator.
