FIELD: medical engineering; medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating static pressure around distal portion of patient finger. Peripheral arterial tonus changes and the volume of changes in distal portion of the finger are detected for determining physiological status or medical state or carrying out their monitoring. The device has finger-fixed transducer like a tube for inserting patient finger usable for applying pressure and adjacent pressure cuff for widening pressure field boundaries. The finger transducer either has signal/converter. EFFECT: simplified noninvasive means for detecting cardiac ischemia as a consequence of coronary artery. 57 cl, 39 dwg |
