FIELD: vacuum air cleaning equipment. SUBSTANCE: cyclone has case, inlet air duct connected to cyclone case for sucking air and foreign matter, air discharge duct for discharging of air sucked into cyclone case, discharge orifice for discharge of foreign matter separated from air in cyclone case, and laminar flow creating apparatus extending along axial line of discharge air duct and arranged opposite to site where discharge air duct is located. Laminar flow creating apparatus is composed of plurality of blades having closed ends and spaced from one another by predetermined distance. Each blade is inclined at set angle with respect to direction of rotation of foreign matter in cyclone case. Said apparatus may be made from netted cylindrical shell or plurality of flat blades intersecting one another. Cyclone may alternatively comprise air flow guide made in the form of skirt and extending toward air discharge duct, said guide being arranged opposite to site where air discharge duct is located in cyclone case, and blades intersecting one another and adapted for inhibiting of rotating force and creating laminar flow. Blades are provided on inner side of air flow guide. Each of blades for creating of laminar air flow is inclined at set angle with respect to direction of rotation of foreign matter rotating in cyclone case. Length of laminar flow creating apparatus is 0.4-0.6 the distance between inlet side of air discharge duct and laminar flow creating apparatus. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reducing pressure losses through providing of laminar character to air flow at discharge end of air discharge duct and by eliminating penetration of small dust particles into air to be discharged. 11 cl, 14 dwg, 1 tbl |
