PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for effectively utilizing CPU resources in a virtual computer system formed of a plurality of hosts. SOLUTION: The virtual CPU of a virtual computer execution means 31 executed in a host 3 is assigned to hosts 4 and 5 via a control means 34 and a host-to-host communication means 1, whereby the CPU resources are effectively utilized.
