PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information transmitted from one node to all nodes in a data communication network using indoor power lines or radio means, etc. SOLUTION: In broadcasting data to distribute information widely to individual nodes, a system requests to further broadcast the same data, so far as the node having received the data does not meet stop conditions. In the request to broadcast the data, it indicates the timing of a broadcasting operation with shifted timing between the nodes. On the basis of a received broadcast transmission address, it gives a sequence (m) to all the nodes in a specified order from its transmission address and transmits a broadcast to the nodes in the sequence (m) with a (m+3)-th slot set at the head where the next slot at the tail end of a previous broadcast is a first one.
