PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide auxiliary coding used for a home networking communication system for configuring a network for computers under a small scale environment. SOLUTION: Advance training information is provided to a reception home network station by the auxiliary coding synchronized with and / or included in a related Ethernet (R) form packet. The advance training information (training information produced from past frame reception) is used for 'over frame training' for such units as a past equalizer, a timing decoding circuit, an AGC circuit and an echo canceller. The training information is used for e.g. an initial ID of packet sources attended with succeeding lookup performed by a reception station with respect to a predetermined training value or a training value itself can be sent to a home network receiver through the auxiliary coding.
