PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio data transmission system in which a video transmission speed does not change regardless of a radio propagation status, breaking does not occur in received image data of a receiving part and irregularities in a video image do not occur. SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting compressed video data, a transmitting part determines and fixes a data transmission speed to transmit the compressed video data, responding to a compression method of the video data and an image size, and a receiving part responds to and fixes the data transmission speed of the transmitting part to receive the compressed video data. In the case of data other than the compressed video data, the data is transmitted at the fastest speed at which the data can be sent according to a radio propagation status at that time with respect to a data transmission speed.
