PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling paint excellent in long term antifoulancy and the close adhesion of a coated film. SOLUTION: This antifouling paint consists of an acrylic resin (I) having at least 1 group expressed by formula 1 (wherein, X is expressed by formula 2; (n) is 0 or 1; Y is a hydrocarbon; M is a bivalent metal; and A is an organic acid residue of a monobasic acid, provided that in the formula 2, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each the same or different and a 1-20C hydrocarbon residue), and an acrylic resin (II) having at least 1 group expressed by formula 3.
