PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid preparation of acryloyldimethyltauric acid or a salt thereof in order to solve such problems that this substance is a pulverulent polymer and in addition to a risk of dust explosion, the dust can harbor dangers in cases of inhalation, and also the storage stability of the powder is impaired by hygroscopicity. SOLUTION: The dispersion concentrate comprises a copolymer comprising the acryloyldimethyltauric acid, a cyclic N-vinylcarboxamide, and a cross-linked structure derived from a monomer having at least two olefinic double bonds, an emulsifier and/or an oil phase, and water.
