<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an optimal question to a user, in a question presenting method of a host computer that receives questions from users. <P>SOLUTION: In an education system formed by connecting a plurality of participant side personal computers PC to an education center 2 through a communication network 1, when an administrator control unit 21 references FAQ from the participant, the administrator control unit 21 performs matching of a level and a keyword of the FAQ with the level and the keyword which the participant learned, and presents a plurality of questions on the FAQ in order appropriate to the participant.
