PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type floor heating device, achieving comfortable floor heating operation by improving starting operation or build-up operation when room temperature temporarily and suddenly lowers. SOLUTION: The hot water type floor heating device 1 comprises a floor heating panel 3, a heat source 2 connected to the floor heating panel 3 via a hot water pipe 7 for supplying hot water thereto via an on-off valve 8, and a controller 13 for periodically opening/closing the on-off valve 8 and changing an opening time per cycle in each operation mode. A forcible operation switch 18 is provided for performing forcible operation with the forcible opening of the on-off valve 8 and cancelling the forcible operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
