PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband differential amplifier circuit for reducing both a load capacitance driven by a pre-stage circuit of differential pair transistors and a load capacitance driven by the differential pair transistors themselves at the same time. SOLUTION: Inductors L1, L2 are respectively connected in series with load resistors RL1, RL2 connected to the drains of the differential pair transistors Xfa1, Xfa2. Further, transistors Xff1, Xff2 acting like feedback capacitors are connected from the sources of source follower transistors Xft1, Xft2 to the gates of the differential pair transistors Xfa1, Xfa2.
