PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier capable of increasing and decreasing the gain while reducing, as much as possible, the increase in circuit scale. SOLUTION: A load circuit is connected to a differential amplifier circuit, and a load changeover means is connected to the load circuit. The load changeover means switches the entire load in which the entire part of the load circuit is the load of the differential amplifier circuit, and a partial load in which part of the load circuit is the load of the differential amplifier circuit.
