PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a PDP capable of executing work such as precise phosphor ink application by a further efficient method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device of a PDP is used for forming a phosphor film in the PDP, and comprises: a lower table 1; lower rails 2 formed above the lower table 1; a panel mounting part 4 driven on the lower rail 2 and used for detachably mounting the panel 3; an upper fixing base 5 mounted on the upper side of the lower table 1; and a plurality of phosphor ink application devices 6 fixed to the fixing base 5 and having a plurality of nozzle openings corresponding to application lines for forming a phosphor on the phosphor film of the panel 3.
