摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the internal resistance of a fuel battery by making facial pressure acting on the laminate face of each member of a fuel cell equal, and to prevent a fuel gas from mixing and leaking. <P>SOLUTION: In each electrolytic film member 150 a spacer 60 having its diameter equal to or larger than the thickness of an electrolytic film 30 and the electrolytic film 30 are pinched by a pair of frames 100, and to each separator 200 a collecting electrode 50 is deposited by fusing and which is coated with an elastic bonding agent 420 so as to enclose the fuel gas. The film member 150 and the separator 200 are laminated so as to assemble a cell module 10. A predetermined voltage is applied to both ends of the cell module 10, and a pressure load is adjusted so as to obtain the predetermined internal resistance of the cell module 10 to harden the elastic bonding agent 420, and the cell module 10 is completed. The elastic bonding agent 420 absorbs the stress generated in the fuel cell to restrict the deformation of the members, and prevents the fuel gas from mixing and leaking. The spacer 60 maintains the thickness of the electrolyte film member 150 constant, and makes the facial pressure acting on the electrolytic film member 150 equal to reduce the internal resistance of the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
