<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of lowering of a contrast ratio due to lowering of a black level or a white level when the wiring resistance of a power supply line in a reference voltage generating circuit is high. <P>SOLUTION: A reference voltage generating circuit 16 for the black level is arranged in the vicinity of an input/output pad section 18. The power supply line L2 of the reference voltage generating circuit 16 for the black level is connected to the power supply line L1 of another reference voltage generating circuit 17 for gradation in the vicinity of the input output pad section 18. Thus, the resistance value of the wiring resistance of the power supply line L2 is reduced to a negligible magnitude, thereby eliminating voltage drop caused by the wiring resistance in reference voltage V0 for the black level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
