EVALUATION OF VARIATION OF ALLELE IN EFFECTOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying variation of allele in effector as an identifying means of an individual having danger of suffering from harmful pathological change, especially effective for evaluating variation of the allele in vitamin D receptor gene and predicting pathological characteristics for increasing or reducing bone density.

SOLUTION: The method is to analyze variation of a genotype in the transcriptional control factor of a gene coding for control protein and/or constituent protein. The method is to analyze mutation of the allele associating with the vitamin D receptor gene isolated from the individual.
