<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of reducing the amount of the coating composition necessary for applying the whole surface of a substrate while retaining uniformity of a coated film. <P>SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises a fluorine-based surfactant, a photosensitive resin and an organic solvent as essential components. In the coating composition, a fluorine surfactant composed of a fluorinated alkyl group-containing vinyl-based polymer (I) having 0.1-3 wt.% fluorine atom content is contained in an amount of 0.25-2.0 wt.% based on 100 wt.% total amount of the fluorine-based surfactant and the photocurable resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
