<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network game system allowing a game machine to execute a game program, even if it cannot access to a server integrally managing game play rights due to communication disturbance. <P>SOLUTION: A play results storage part 62 of the game machine stores the amount of play results expressing cumulative frequency or cumulative time executing the game program. A settled play storage part 63 stores the amount of the settled plays alone out of the amount of the play results. An unsettled play tolerance storage part 64 stores the unsettled play tolerance expressing the frequency or the time allowing the game machine to execute the game program without the settlement.
