TWIN SPOTTING LASER WELDING METHOD AND EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin spot laser welding method and equipment for extending the degree of margin of construction and obtaining deep penetration, by compounding the laser welding which has a roof type prism using the twin spot optical system and arc welding, or continously rotating the roof type prism.

SOLUTION: The equipment consists of the twin spot optical system 1 which performs laser welding, and a MIG torch 2 which performs MIG welding, and continuously rotates the roof type prism 6 which is equipped in the twin spot optical system 1 by the rotational drive mechanism 20.
