PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing ascomycin or an ascomycin derivative having high bioavailability, for example, containing the ascomycin or 33-epi-chloro-33-desoxy-ascomycin, so as to be, especially, used a solid preparation of the 33-epi-chloro-33-desoxy-ascomycin which is orally administered in a simple manner. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition is obtained by forming the ascomycin or the ascomycin derivative, for example, the ascomycin or the 33-epi-chloro-33-desoxy-ascomycin, into the solid dispersion together with a carrier.
