PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel alloy which has a higher composite resistance to local corrosion due to wet-treated phosphoric acid and chlorides than a conventional alloy and does not need the addition of tungsten, tantalum, or copper reducing the thermal stability. SOLUTION: This nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy contains 31.0-34.5 wt.% chromium, 7.0-10.0 wt.% molybdenum, 0.2 wt.% or lower nitrogen, 3.0 wt.% or lower iron, 1.0 wt.% or lower manganese, 0.4 wt.% or lower aluminum, 0.75 wt.% or lower silicon, 0.1 wt.% or lower carbon, and the balance being nickel and impurities.
