PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flywheel magnet wherein the mechanical strength of a boss is increased by expanding a clearance between an inlay and the boss by changing the structure of the inlay. SOLUTION: In a stator 3, the male inlay 12b protruding toward a side apart from a laminated core 6 is formed at a part of the internal diametral side of a side plate 7a adjacent to a mount 11 out of side plates 7a, 7b arranged at both sides in the lamination direction of the laminated core 6, so that the male inlay 12b does not protrude inward of the internal periphery of the laminate core 6.
