PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for impregnating a drug component into the applied part in high efficiency. SOLUTION: A gel having a network structure is formed by the use of (a) an oil selected from fatty acid esters, polybasic carboxylic acid esters, fatty acid polyhydric alcohol esters, hydroxyacid esters, 1,3-dimethylbutyl hexadecyl ether, octyl methoxycinnamate, octyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate, dl-α-tocopherol and dl-α-tocopherol nicotinate and (b) an oil gelling agent selected from metallic soaps, dextrin fatty acid esters, 12-hydroxystearic acid, dibenzylidene sorbitol and dialkyl phosphates. The method for enhancing the percutaneous absorption at the applied part for the non-medical purpose comprises the suppression of the horizontal diffusion of the oil agent or the drug component formulated in the oil agent on the skin by prolonging the longitudinal relaxation time of the NMR spectrum of the oil agent mixed with the drug agent compared with the single use of the oil agent.
