PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve defectiveness caused by welding a striker to a leg in the structure of welding to mount the striker for holding the jump-up state of a rear seat, to the leg provided on the rear end side of a slide rail for adjusting the longitudinal position of a front seat. SOLUTION: The striker 2 is integrally welded beforehand to a reinforcing washer 1 spot-welded to a lower leg 3, and the reinforcing washer 1 is fastened to a car floor with a bolt 50 together with the lower leg 3.
