PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shutter pole of a shutter arrangement to be easily housed in a sliding manner only by lightly lifting the shutter pole which cannot be housed when it is not removed. SOLUTION: A shutter-pole guide groove 2 with a rail is mounted within the side of a shutter-plate retracting opening of a casing 1 of the shutter arrangement, and the shutter pole 7 with a roller, which can be freely slid by using the guide groove 2, is mounted.
