摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame member mounting structure which is reduced in manufacturing costs and construction costs by cutting material costs of an anchor bolt and reducing the number of working steps and assembling steps, to thereby ensure the strength of the anchor bolt at a low cost. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt 1 is formed of a reinforcement 2 such as a screw reinforcement, an anchor plate 3 formed of a steel plate, which is friction-welded to one end of the reinforcement 2, and a bolt 4 such as a high-tension bolt, which has its head 4a friction-welded to the other end of the reinforcement 2. The anchor plate 3 has a through hole 5 formed in the center thereof, and the bolt 4 has a through hole 6 and a discharge hole 7 formed therein. When the bolt is friction-welded to the reinforcement, by checking burrs 8a, 9a blowing out of the through holes, the quality of connection between the reinforcement and each of the anchor plate 3 and the bolt 4 is checked. Then, by filling unshrinkable mortar or the like into a bolt hole of a base plate from the through hole 6 and the discharge hole 7, the strength of the anchor bolt is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
