PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibers having a high sinking rate, a sufficient strength free from troubles for net making process and an excellent weather resistance free from reduction of strength in using as a fish net for a long period, and has a color familiar to fishes. SOLUTION: The fibers are sheath core type conjugated fibers comprising a nylon based polymer or a polyester based polymer containing total 50-85 wt.% of fine particles of magnetite and fine particles of titanium dioxide as a core component and a sheath component comprising the nylon based polymer in the case of the core component comprises nylon based polymer or the polyester based polymer in the case of the core component comprises the polyester based polymer, and the fiber has specific gravity≥1.5, strength≥3.5 g/dl and≥1.1 g/dl of the drawing strength.
