PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a continuous underground wall, etc., with soil cement, sharply reducing generation of normal surplus soil and industrial waste surplus soil, with a small quantity of injection of hardener, at a low cost of construction, without much work, and speedily and precisely. SOLUTION: Augers 1 are aligned and inserted to a level of depth with a predetermined length with remaining soil 10 around them as a first step excavation. Next, the agitation excavation is executed while injecting hardener 5 so as to fill the remaining depth of the lower part with a mixing material 9 as a second step excavation. Then the agitation excavation is executed again with injecting the hardener 5 into places excavated in the first step excavation as a third step excavation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
