摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrous sintering cam lobe material which has improved scuff resistance for the purpose of dealing with the expansion of loading on a camshaft in future. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of particles selected from molybdenum disulfide particles, tungsten disulfide particles and metal tin particles are jetted on the sliding surface of the circumference of the base metal (2) in a ferrous sintering cam lobe material (1), so that a solid lubricant film (3) is formed.By the formation of the solid lubricant film, the lubricity between the cam lobe material and a cam follower remarkably improves.
