A surface wire that is connected to a scan line and the other surface wire that is connected to the other scan line via a thin-film transistor are arranged with a distance of at least 5 mum between these surface wires. Based on this structure, it is possible to prevent a current conduction between these surface wires due to impurity ions that is adhered to the surface wire while the power source is ON and that spreads while the power source is OFF. By suppressing a current leakage, it is possible to suppress the degradation of the screen display characteristics such as a color blur.
