<p>The foil with built-in grained layer consists of at least two layers with different fusion points, whilst at least one of them is thermoplastic and the grained material is built in in the upper thermoplastic layer with the lower fusion point. The bottom layer can be on the base of thermoplastics, metals, paper, and optionally textile. The foil, according to this invention, is produced by spreading of the warmed grained material into the upper thermoplastic foil and its subsequent cooling on the device in the fixed frame, consisting of unwinding and winding parts, feeder of the grained material, heating, measuring and cooling parts.</p> |
