PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broadcast a digital video signal to target viewers.

SOLUTION: Signals are transmitted via channels multiplexed for receiving by means of a plurality of client devices. One of the signals carries contents data and another signal carries message data related with an identifier. The message data can be outputted only by these client devices identified by the identifier.
