摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tangle jelly in which small pieces of a tangle and a jelly are mixed and a sense of eating of the tangle remains, and a method for manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tangle jelly is characterized by using small pieces of the tangle with an area of 3<SP>2</SP>-10<SP>2</SP>mm<SP>2</SP>, 490-510 wt.% sugar, 130-150 wt.% soy sauce, 70-90 wt.% Mirin, 12-22 wt.% japanese Sake, 0.2-4 wt.% salt, 12-28 wt.% starch syrup and 5.5-21.5 wt.% honey as indispensable seasoning ingredients, and mixing fruits to them. The method comprises a pretreatment process wherein the tangle is cut, returned into water, washed with water and cooked with water, and a process wherein the pretreated tangle is mixed with the indispensable seasoning ingredients and the fruits, and the mixture is cooked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
