<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain the electric connection of an external electrode and an electronic appliance by suppressing the attachment of particulates such as the wear refuse of sealing resin generated by contact to the external electrode at the time of inserting an external electrode to the electronic appliance. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic circuit device is provided with an electronic component 19 where an electrode is formed, a substrate 17 where the electronic component is loaded on an upper surface, the external electrode 23 formed near the electronic component on the upper surface of the substrate and connected to the electrode, an insulating belt-like projection body 27 attached across the upper surface of the external electrode, and the sealing resin 26 sealing the electronic component without covering the external electrode.
