<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss while securing the operation stability of an inverter circuit for a three-phase motor which performs three-phase full wave rectification. <P>SOLUTION: In an inverter circuit device for a three-phase motor for a vehicle, a synchronous rectification control circuit 32, which performs synchronous rectification control by intermittently controlling each MOS transistors 21-26 of the three-phase inverter circuit 2, decides the on timing or off timing of an upper arm element 21 which rectifies a first phase voltage, based on the phase voltage different from the first phase voltage.
