PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction method using a deferred payment rechargeable electronic cash system and deferred payment rechargeable electronic cash, and a charging terminal machine for the deferred payment rechargeable electronic cash.

SOLUTION: Electronic cash that is charged not by an advance payment system but by a deferred payment system is provided and a nuisance of electronic cash charging and a burden of advance payment charging of a user is reduced by a constitution including the charging terminal machine charging a predetermined virtual sum into the electronic cash free of charge and transmitting the charging information; a transaction terminal machine for paying a transaction sum in the act of transaction by the electronic cash charged free of charge with the predetermined virtual sum and storing or transmitting the transaction information of the act of transaction; and a management server collecting and verifying the charging information transmitted from the charging terminal machine and the transaction information transmitted from the transaction terminal machine, paying a seller the transaction sum by the result of a transaction process with respect to the act of transaction, and billing the user for the transaction sum.
