<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a patient from failing to take medicine by using information technology instead of the management by a patient himself, his family or a nursing care worker, and to promote medical practice and health information management. <P>SOLUTION: A medicine administration service 4 sends a call, such as the time the medicine is to be taken and so on, directly or through a recording medium, to a device equipped with IT functions of the patient 1, who has been diagnosed by a physician or has his medicine prepared at a pharmacy 2, based on the information from the physician or the pharmacy 2.
