<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflation device which obtains a profile with a highly precise circumferential thickness in on-line thickness value measurement. <P>SOLUTION: In the inflation device for folding a blown film molded by a ring die using pinch rolls and taking up the folded blown film with the help of a take-up machine, a rotating means which rotates the ring die or at least one of the pinch rolls, a sensor which measures the property value of the blown films folded and fitted together by the pinch rolls following the rotation of the rotating means and an arithmetic means which calculates the profile of the blown film based on the property value obtained by the sensor and information on the folding position of the blown film, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
