<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous ink composition suffering less from strike-through, oil stain, or nozzle clogging. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous ink composition, which comprises a solvent, a dispersing agent, and a coloring material such as pigment or dye, the solvent contains not less than 10 wt.% of a nonpolar organic solvent whose 50% distillation point is not higher than 280°C and not less than 20 wt.% of a polar organic solvent whose 50% distillation point is not lower than 300°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
