<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus which can be downsized and whose current consumption can be reduced while maintaining highly accurate transmission power control. <P>SOLUTION: A power calculation section 115, a compensation database table 116, a data correction arithmetic section 117, and a complex multiplication section 103 multiply compensation data and data correction information with digitally modulated orthogonal base band signals to control power.
