PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sequence of a recombinant RNA encapsidated in a rod-shaped coat to expand a size of a sequence of a genetically engineered RNA virus because a coat protein of a rod-shaped virion is hellically constituted, and encapsidating the rod-shaped RNA virus particles to form a helix in the expandable particle. SOLUTION: The hybride RNA virus sequence containing a sequence of an infectious virus, heterologous starting points and genes of the coat protein is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
