PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine organically and generally improved in cleaning of a cooling device, reduction of a temperature rise of an engine room, and noise leakage and compactness. SOLUTION: A combination engine front cover and partition plate 60 of the engine room 12 disposed in the rear of a cooling device R is disposed at a space from the cooling devices R disposed right and left and upper and lower sides. The combination engine front cover and partition plate 60 is turned to the direction intersecting the circulation direction of cooling air by a cooling fan 20 of the cooling device R. By the cooling air flowing through a cooling air introduction flow passage CD1 between the combination engine front cover and partition member 60 and the cooling fan 20, negative pressure is generated at a ventilating opening CE2 of a cooling air ventilating flow passage CDE formed by a gap between the outer periphery of the combination engine cover and partition member 60 and an engine cover C, thereby ventilating the atmosphere fluid in the engine room to constitute a flow passage for cooling air for cooling the engine room 12 and an engine 22.
