PACKAGING BAND COIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure fixation of a packaging band near the winding start end without a fear of winding collapse and still easily pull the packaging band at its winding start end when packaging an object. SOLUTION: A packaging band coil has a thermoplastic resin packaging band wound in the state of no core existence where a columnar hollow portion is formed in the axial center, a portion of the packaging band constituting an inner peripheral surface around the hollow portion being spirally wound in one layer. The portion of the packaging band constituting the inner peripheral surface is adhered to a portion of the packaging band layered on the outer peripheral surface side thereof via an adhesive in a separable manner.
