PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer reagent test specimen for quantifying a glycated protein in a liquid sample, and a method and a kit using the same. SOLUTION: The multlayer test specimen comprises at least a filtering layer, a proteinase layer, and a keto-amine oxidase signal forming and liquid flow controlling system layer. In using this test specimen, the liquid sample is applied to the test specimen to generate a signal usable for quantifying the level of the glycated protein in the sample. Then, the quantity of the glycated protein in the liquid sample can be determined using the quantified level of the glycated protein level. Also, the kit and system comprising this test specimen can be provided, and are used for the method of the present invention.
