摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous measuring method using a liquid chromatograph of a gradient type, wherein a new liquid chromatograph is used to reduce measurement time, size and cost of a measuring device. SOLUTION: The continuous measuring method using the liquid chromatograph uses the specific liquid chromatograph to repeat steps of guiding a sample to a liquid holding flow route, separating/eluting a target component by a first mobile phase, guiding a second mobile phase to the liquid holding flow route, eluting/detecting a non-target component by the second mobile phase, and causing the first mobile phase to flow into the flow route. An operation time from filling the sample into the flow route to sucking the second mobile phase out to the liquid hold flow route is made shorter than a time from starting the measurement to switching into the second mobile phase. An operation time from cleaning a sample nozzle and the liquid hold flow route to sucking the sample out to the liquid hold flow route for a next measurement is made shorter than a time from switching from the second mobile phase to the first mobile phase, to starting the next measurement.
