<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably enable a chip-shaped electronic part retained on the adhesive surface of a holder to leave the holder by a pusher pin inserted into a through hole. <P>SOLUTION: A spacing 35 between the holder 2 and a base member 27 is set so that it is shorter than a dimension 37 in the direction of the diagonal line of a side 36 in the chip-shaped electronic part 3 and is longer than a dimension 38 in the height direction of the chip-shaped electronic part 3.
