摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing a heavy metal and a method for efficiently concentrating and collecting the heavy metal and to obtain a polypeptide and an organism therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for efficiently removing the heavy metal is achieved by first finding the polypeptide which is selectively bonded to the heavy metal and has ability to be selectivity linked to a plasma membrane.
