<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display unevenness caused by the variance in output current among a plurality of driving devices when using the driving devices to constitute a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The current to be supplied to a reference current source is supplied from a constant current circuit comprising an operational amplifier 293, a transistor 294 and an external resistance 295, and a resistance 291 having less variance is used to reduce the current variance among the driving devices. A current value is adjusted by varying a voltage value (a voltage value of the operational amplifier 293) to be supplied to the constant current circuit, by resistance division. When the plurality of driving devices are used to constitute the display device, the voltage value supplied to the constant current circuit is supplied to each driving device to realize a current output type driving device having less variance in output current among the driving devices and the display device having less display unevenness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
